The ShareCare Adult System delivers integrated, ‘joined–up’ working by:
- Maintaining a single electronic client care record
- Controlling access to up-to-date assessment and care planning information
ShareCare: Adult provides comprehensive My Assessment functionality to individuals and team managers and delivers simple workflow to support integrated team working and cross agency service requests.
The system is intuitive to use and specifically designed to support flexible online and mobile working.
Esprit is at the forefront of the development of systems that integrate with the PDS across the NHS Spine bringing connectivity with this key national demographic resource to ShareCare: Adult users.
In addition the following software modules are also supported by the ShareCare: Adult system: Single Assessment Process SAP; Systems Integration Hub; NHS Personal Demographics Service integration; self directed care support MyCare and the Adult Services Directory.
