Integration Hub - Interactive Assessment Exchange
Standards based integration with local and national systems
The Integration Hub provides generic support for standards based integration between ShareCare and other local and national systems.
ShareCare: Adult uses the real time system to system messaging capabilities of the Integration Hub to enable the two way exchange of assessments with other systems and to provide integration with the NHS Spine.
NHS Spine related developments will enable ShareCare: Adult users to interact with the NHS Personal Demographics Service (PDS) and facilitiate the exchange of wider adult social care information through the emerging CfH Common Assessment Framework (CAF) standards.
In addition to the Integration Hub the following software modules are also supported by the ShareCare: Adult system: Adult System; Single Assessment Process SAP; self directed care support MyCare and the Adult Services Directory.
