PDS - A national solution for the future
Providing ShareCare users with access to the NHS demographic service and a core element of the NHS Care Records Service.
Esprit is at the forefront of the development of systems that integrate with the PDS across the NHS Spine. The ShareCare:Adult system enables authorised and authenticated health and social care professionals to:
- access the PDS through a real-time link
- verify client demographic data details using the national record
- utilise accurate data when undertaking new assessment and care planning
- synchronise local and national data collection when new demographic details are provided by the client.
In addition to the NHS Personal Demographic Services Integration functionality the following software modules are also supported by the ShareCare: Adult system: Adult System; Single Assessment Process SAP; Systems Integration Hub; self directed care support MyCare and the Adult Services Directory.
