CAF - Assessing the needs of young people
ShareCare: eCAF is a simple to use, multi-agency assessment and case management system for children.
The system delivers comprehensive eCAF and Early Intervention support to teachers, health visitors, youth workers, voluntary sectors workers and other care professionals, for children receiving multiple services outside of Social Care.
Originally developed to meet the Department of Education eCAF assessment, information sharing and data exchange requirements the system provides flexible local assessment, case recording and alerting support for eCAF and other Early Intervention Services.
ShareCare: eCAF is a wholly web based application and is delivered as hosted and managed service which can be rapidly deployed.
