Concern Tracking - Identifying children at risk

Concern Tracking - Identifying children at risk

A unique ‘early warning’ child concern tracker originally developed as part the award winning RYOGENS National Project,

ShareCare:Child Concern Tracker allows professionals in different agencies to record low level ‘non statutory’ concerns about a child, while a powerful and locally configurable rules engine automatically generates alerts whenever locally defined thresholds are breached.

The system helps spot the build up of problems that may indicate a child at risk and which might easily be missed if multiple agencies operate only aware of issues visible to their own practitioners. It allows information to be captured and shared ahead of a Common Assessment Episode being initiated.
